Interactive Atlas

The human 5S rRNA variation atlas

An interactive resource for exploring sequence variation across the human 5S ribosomal DNA array — one of the genome's most repetitive and least-explored regions. Browse per-variant population frequencies across ~490,000 UK Biobank participants, telomere-to-telomere assemblies and GTEx expression, secondary-structure context, and experimentally measured expression and ribosome-incorporation scores from saturation mutagenesis.
